If cruising is hooning, then someone driving their prius to work is hooning Fact: Cruising is a bunch of hoon junkies hooning in their dangerously heavily modified sports car, driving dangerously 30x over the speed limit, yelling obscenities at innocent pedestrians,throwing empty beer bottles at the homeless, ripping skids on our public roads and violently drifting in synchronization on our freeways.
