Ma so happy she can hardly contain herself! She was clean Grammy house and then when she done she sit in kitchen and relax drink ice water while Theo and slobbery beasts sleep on floor of family room. She was watch Breakfast Club on the tv. Grammy house have a galley kitchen so where Ma sit at the breakfast counter she can look through the kitchen to the dining room and turn to the left a little and watch the tv in the family room at same time. She waiting for Pa to come home from work. She sitting there relax and enjoy the clean feeling of the house. It beautiful Northwest day. Sun and breeze. There a big cedar on side of deck outside dining room window with the neighbors weeping willow behind it on the other side of creek that run through the back yard. There a sliding glass door in dining room next to window that open to deck out back. Ma see reflection of something outside moving on back deck on bottom of refrigerator door since she cant see sliding door from breakfast counter. She get up and look from kitchen door to dining room and so happy to see Misty and Cicely Ma! She try so hard to catch her four year ago exactly! She never could. Misty and Cicely Ma was Blackberry and I sister from same Ma but different litter. Ma see her with our Ma when she a kitten the summer before Theo find the kittens under the bush in Grammy front yard. She was young macat only a year and couple month old when she have Misty and Cicely. They fall kittens born end of August. She was not very experience and they would have died because it was cold fall that year and they were already scrawny, sick and infect eyes at two week old. Her spring litter of two kittens die too and Ma find them on cold cement patio under roof by Grammy kitchen window. She was cry for couple days before Ma visit Grammy and tell Ma there a cat was cry there. Ma go out and look and find the babies died. They were very young. Probably not even a week old. She must have been moving they and put they there since it sheltered and there stuff on patio where she could have private and quiet nest. The concrete must have suck the life out of they. Ma was sad for Misty and Cicely brothers. She always want to catch my Ma and their Ma and the other cats in colony and get they TNR so they not have to be sad when they babies get sick or attack or when people help kittens and take away like us. Then they could be cats and enjoy they lives. The neighbor feeds the ferals and there lots of shelter around for they so without the constant litters they would have good life. Only problem is Ma live hour away and only visit couple time a month if that so it hard to do a TNR project from far. Ma was plan to do it now since house being sold and she can stay few days at a time. Moving getting done so it was going to happen soon when there wouldnt be a lot of people around scare the kitties if she feeding they. She was so happy when she see kitty enjoy afternoon sun on deck! She stand still in doorway across room and look at kitty take bath. She notice how healthy she look and how nice her furs. Then kitty think she see something inside and turn head to look in. It was then that Ma see she tipped! Hoooooorrrrrraaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!! All Ma worries about our colony fly away on sunny breeze! Somebody was already working TNR! Ahah! Now that Ma know she was think it must have been going on a couple years. There used to be lots of cats run around. Every time she visit she would see cats. she would hear fighting and there were cat paths in grass and cat tunnels under old shrubbery in yards. At Grammy house there lots of old shrubbery and you can still see tunnels but cat paths in lawn in front and back yard are grown in which mean there a lot less cats using they. In the past couple years she see less and less cats and not see many new kittens. Only kittens she see this year in this spring were a couple of fall kittens from last year follow they catma at house that feed. She not see any spring kittens and has not seen any kittens yet this fall. Ma was so worried that someone was trap and take they to shelter where they never come back from. :( It so much better to fix the colony so they not make so many and can have good life where they live with they family. Ma would much rather have to search for new cat save at shelter when she need one than be a feral kitten raiser and fall in love with us so we stay and be Ma family! Ma so happy to see that ear tip that she make drippy eyes. Ma call they tears of joy! Ma would love to see the other kitties from my colony and confirm they tips so she can make tears of joy every day! Ma take pic of kitty from kitchen across dining room with phone. She glad she get pic before kitty go away. It not great but no time to find camera and she not want to scare kitty by move around a lot. Unfortunately Ma mini sd reader at home so she cant put on computer today. Here a pic of Misty and Cicely and they brothers who were died and Ma make little funeral and bury them in front yard next to the heather that was bloom when they fly away to kitty heaven. That heather grow right over they now.
