Madden Real Estate is paying it forward, again this year! As a valued friend of Madden Real Estate, we invite you to make a charitable contribution to your favorite cause and we will match up to $50 of your contribution. (subject to the requirements below) The charitable organization must be a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3). We will match up to a total of $1,500 so don’t delay. This is on a first-come first served basis. This offer is for forward-paying contributions only, not your past contributions. We will make a matching contribution (limited to the constraints above) to your chosen cause by the end of the year and inform you immediately. In Januarys edition of our newsletter, we will publish the names of those who responded and made contributions along with the names of the charitable organizations that received our matching contributions. To take advantage of our pay it forward offer, send an email to Stacy@WesMadden by January 5 with the following information: • The name of the charitable organization and its contact info • Your name and the amount of your intended contribution • A pledge that you will make the indicated contribution by the end of the calendar year • Permission for us to publish your name, the amount and the recipient of your contribution in next months newsletter. We hope that this novel approach will cause you to pause and accept our offer. Maybe you too will adopt this practice in the future.
