Made Chicken Pot Pie with Blue Corn Dumpling. Also had extra recipes so made some Hot Pockets. CRUST 4 CUPS Flour, 1/2 cup Olive Oil, 2 1/2 tablespoon Baking Soda, 1 tablespoon Salt, 1/2 cup Italian Style Herbs, 1/2 cup Blue Corn. Hot water till dough forms. The Blue Corn Dumpling is a cup Blue.Corn and 3 tablespoon flour 1/2 teaspoon Gad Ash and Hot water till dough forms. Filling was leftover Chicken Noodle Soup from Yesterday. Kids loved the Blue Corn Twist to this dish. Egg white wash to top of the pies before i baked. 425 till golden brown. Took 45 minutes.
