Made competition style pork ribs and two BEAR can chickens (just kidding.. Beer). Ribs and chicken came out awesome. Looks like I changing my rib recipe too: remove the membrane from the ribs, rinse cold water, soak in apple juice 12 hours, dry add then add secret rub recipe, smoke 4 hours at 200 to 225 degrees, spray ribs every 30 minutes with apple juice, add barbeque sauce, smoke 20 more minutes, cut and serve.
