Made it through 1st LDL Apheresis blood filtering treatment with the BBraun machine plus 1/4 of my bodys blood through UV light at same time, and 5 different IV cocktails. My dialysis cath would not work out of chest for returning blood with this machine so they went through my hand. Also, had IVs hooked to picc line. Still pretty weak and dialysis cath hurts so badly in chest. Go back next week for more UV light and special IVs for Babesia, and then following week two more Apheresis treatments.
