Made some kind of bruchetta.... Infused the rye breadloaf with garlic olive oil...boiled a plum tomato in hot water for ten minutes and then peeled the skin off and mixed that with basil, parsley, onion, cracked pepper, pink salt, oregano, garlic, some orange peppers, and then into the oven. Then I decided to garnish it with goat fetta and sliced avocado ... Dunno what youd call it...tastes good though.
