Made the best dinner tonight! It was super yummy! Homemade Taco Hot Pockets with hotsauce/ sour cream dip and salad!!!! I love making my own hot pockets. NO nasty stuff in them :) They are pretty easy to make and you can add what ever you like, even left overs! I cheat and buy frozen Bridgford dough in the loaves then let it rise divide it ( I make eight pockets with one pound of dough), stretch it, fill it with whatever you desire, fold it closed, brush with oil or butter and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until brown!!!!! Tonight was easy ones Taco meat and cheese, I have made pizza ones and ones with potatoes cheese sauce and chicken just to name a few all are yummy and everyone gets what they like in theirs !
