Made the best pancakes ever this morning! Banana apple .So good Im sharing the recipe with you! Its a total of 2 c of flour but I used 1 1/2 cups and the other half flaxseed or ww flour either or u can go all white flour. Freeze ripened bananas and use them here. Nuke frozen bananas for one minute and they are nice and mushy. I peeled, sliced and chopped two apples and put into batter. My bad HW says 1 t baking powder and 1/4 t baking soda. Sift all dry ingr first. Add 1 t cinnamon with sifting. I beat with hand mixture. Promise they are the best!! Oh I use smart balance instead of butter. Also use smart balance spread with fork for each pancake in pan.
