Made this tonight and I loved it! Super easy & fast. I grow green onions by my window, so I always have them on hand, and I always keep frozen raw shrimp in the freezer. Doubled the sauce recipe as I served it over udon noodles and broccoli (serves 2). Very versatile as you could put it on noodles, rice, quinoa, etc and use whatever veggies you have on hand. Definitely adding this to my recipe repertoire
