Madeline McCann Questions I need to ask Here we have two parent and three children very young children what seems to be a happy family. All on holiday in Portugal, nice apartment, lovely restaurants, warm weather. Now when I have been on holiday with my young children, I have always kept them in sight and in close view, very close. Never once did I or my husband deem to go with our friends to a local Bistro at night and leave our children alone in the holiday apartment. If we needed to eat we would take our children with us and then go back to the apartment and sit on the veranda, read, and chat or watch the night sky while our children slept. NO we did not leave our children alone. (It does not matter how close the restaurant was that the McCannas went to) to leave the precious god given gift of children alone in their beds in an unknown and unfamiliar country???? Is it me, or are we as human beings blind to the fact the McCannas should never have left their precious children alone. What is happening here, why have not the McCann’s been brought to justice for child neglect? I ask the question if other parents had done the same would not social services be on their backs? Now we are told by the Government that 50 Million pounds is being spent on investigation into the disappearance of this beautiful child Madeline: Am I correct or not? WHAT 50 million of tax payer’s money? when we have a failing health service. Old people who will die this winter due to high fuel prices. Young people who cannot find work and the support given limited. Millions out of work and our government are spending this much to help the McCannas & police search for answers. Don’t get me wrong, I am right behind the police investigation and any investigation of an abduction of any child; I think our UK Police are wonderful. But these two parents left their 3 children alone in the holiday apartment, and I say the word again alone, should not the bill be down to them? Does anyone else feel the same as me. I speak with my friends and they all feel the same. Our children are a gift loaned from God to us and we have to take great care of them especially in their vulnerable years. Not leave them home alone while we decide to eat out with our friends. The loss of any child must be horrendous and my heart goes out to the McCann’s, but I ask them the question: should you have left your children alone? Lincolnshire . Look at this beautiful boy below. I would never leave him for one minute, he is a precious gift and a light to the family he has been born into. Well done Emily you are a beautiful lady and you have the most amazing gift you will ever get. I know you will look after him every day of your life he has been born into a brillant loving family and he life ahead will be blessed because of who you all are..
