Madhubala 22nd July 2013 Written Episode Part 1 Radha is doing aarti of Bappa as Madhu and all pray…! Radha says.. handing over my child to u..protect him..! She says.. he madea mistake but he was forced too..he din wanna kill him! She prays to Bappa to support RK and rightthen Madhu rests her hand on Radha to reassure her..! Radha blows the shankh ..(conchshell)! At the Court, Bittu is talking to thelawyer ..! Madhu -Radha are all nervous..! Cops bring RK and he bats eyelid to Madhu to reassure her..! RK is standing in the criminal box and Madhu is worried..! Judge arrives..and asksto start with proceedings! He asks where is prosecution lawyer? Defense lawyer says seems he considers himself higher than law..so taking for granted Mr. Patil, RKs Lawyer says.. a criminal ..called RK to meet him..when he did.. Sultan provoked him . .n they had an altercation n then he pointed gun at RK! To stop Sultan n to save himself.. RK engaged with sultan n in this gun was fired n Sultan died! Its acase of self defense.. ! As a good responsible. .he handed himself to the law.. he knows.. in self defense also ..he killed someone so he informed! Judge asks if they have eye witness? Lawyer says.. two witness..! Lawyer calls Bittu .. RKs manager for 6 years..! He is asked where he was. .n Bittu says..was there n saw Sultan was provking RK n when they were leving Sultan rushed toget gun and he alerted RK n he was pointing to RK n to save himself.. RK proceeded ahead .. n a shot was fired..! Lawyer ask if he saw RK firing the bullet n he says. .no .. only saw them fighting.. n they were too close n dunno who fired the gun..! Lawyer says.. witness hasnt seen RK firing bullet! Prosecution says..no question! Madhu is called next..! She is nervous and RK reassures her again n Madhu walks into the witness box..! Madhu is asked what she saw n what happened n Madhu says.. when she n Bittu reached there RK-Sultan were having a fight n Sultan had a gun.. n she stopped them .. ! She says.. suddenly Sultan picked up the gun again and pointed at RK and RK rushed to stop him and they fought again! Madhu cries and Lawyer asks her to be calm..!She says..suddenly gun was fired..! She says saw Sultan shot and he fell down the cliff! Lawyerasks if she saw RK fire bullet on Sultan? sh says no! Judge asks Prosecution to ask ..to Madhu butthey say no questions..! Lawyer says.. its a simple case.. two eye witness who saw Sultan pointing gun at RK .. but no one saw RK fire bullet at Sultan.. ! He says cant say for sure .. that RK fired the bullet maybe Sultan fired bullet himself..! He requests Court to give bail to RK n its a simple self defense. .n no murder..! Judge notes the submissions! Judge says.. seeing all facts..decide that RK fired bullet in self defense..! All are relieved..! Judge is about to declare the decision when Prosecution lawyer arrives..! All are stunned! He apologises for coming late.. and says mistake of Mumbai traffic.. seems all wanna see RK blamed for murder.. n wanted to see! He says seeing RKforced him to take th case! Prosecution says..where tos tart from .. RK son of MK .. earned fame. .but lost it in fighting with people on street… and best was the 4 phere wali wedding..! LAwyer says..no use of raising past..! Prosc says ..serving RKs past so his character certi is known! Lawyer says.. 21 May 2009 .. hung a spot boy upside down coz he brought coffee late..! Can fixed apoitment with puyschiatrist friend! Fought with a guest and took out anger on hotel staff n beat guest! 20 july 2012. .. ran over a keeda err innocent walker on road.. Mukund Deshmukh ..! Arrested.. was sent to jail and most interesting.. thing is ..the complaint lodged by Madhubala Malik .. now Madhubala kundra! RK fumes..! Lawyer says living a filmy life..! Lawyer says..its the same Madhubala whom RK did 4 pherewali wedding n then married heragain .. full 7 pheres..! Dips smirks..! Part 2 Lawyer says. .no shortage of drama in films and personal life! He says many other things are there. hungama drunke n.. break camera…and attitude ..that largerthan law and now .. murder..! Defense lawyer says.. very interesting but it does not prove anything! Lawyer says. .the man who has done so much in past..how to let him go .. so easily calling it self defense? Run a caseagainst him ..file chargesheet.. and let ther ebe argument..! Defense lawyer says.. innocent tillproven guilty! he says its lawyer to prove he is guilty! Defense lawyer says have two eye witness n prosecution says.. one is manager just being loyal n another wife.. just being Savitri for her Satyavan..!
