Magh 11 to 16, I visited Dhanusha, Mahottari and Udayapur districts. Purpose of visit was to attend preparatory workshop on District Periodic Plan formulation in Dhanusha and Mahottari and District WASH Conference in Udayapur. Bringing all stakeholders- provider, recipients, supporter and observer and having dialogue for the planned development of the district is a systematic approach and this time we applied appreciative inquiry that created enthusiasm among participants and the whole event became constructive. Similarly WASH conference proved itself a celebration for rapid completion of the task for ODF deceleration. I am happy and proud to be the part of all good start in said districts.
