The Loft is in the Dogpatch in SF on Indiana St. close to an easy on ramp to the 280. The neighborhood is so much fun and up and coming new restaurants popping up along with so many cool warehouse stores and rock climbing places. We are looking to fill the third room. This is a live work space and could be a great fit for an artist or dancer or graphic designer or you. The room is great and has its own private full bath and an opening window. The rent is 1350 with ALL utilities included. We have a full laundry room,great water pressure, dishwasher, disposal, great gas stove and well so much kitchen healthy energy. The house has a HUGE living room and also a porch to do yoga on or just relax outside. The loft is also very secure we have a key code to get through the first door and then our door. We are two artists a visionary painter and a yogi vegan jeweler . We love to hang out and drink tea and have great company fun and no drama.
