Main - CrossFit Group Class Metcon (AMRAP - Reps) Each team has 10 mins to establish a 1RM Clean (Can be Squat Clean or Pwr Clean): In teams of 4 with one barbell. All can burpee at the same time. Before a teammate attempts their clean they will do as many burpees as they want. When they attempt their first clean they will no longer be able to do any more burpees. Total # of Burpees done by team + LBS Lifted in each persons 1RM Clean will be score. Your going to need to gameplan as a team, it may make sense to have a faster more burpee prone athlete go last in order to complete more burpees in the time. If the 10 mins ends before all the teammates complete the clean then that is their loss. - 2 min REST then – 10 min AMRAP: 2 teammates work at a time. 1 teammate must hold a (45/25#) plate. 1 teammate RESTS. GI JANES Score is total # of GI JANES performed by a team. TOTAL score for WOD is WOD #1 score plus WOD #2 score.
