JOB-777888 Description Achieve revenue/booking targets of assigned territory booking target each quarter in a linear manner. Maintenance at Risk (MAR) Minimize the value of MAR accounts per quarter & maximize MAR Winback (developing strategies to close opportunities in-line with SAP policy. Enterprise Support (ES) retention ? Drive overachievement and company growth by maximizing ES retention and upgrading from Standard to Enterprise support level. Maximise In-Quarter renewal rates. Maintain a fluid pipeline of opportunity for current and future quarters in order to renew each customer before expiry date. Develop relationships with key customer contacts for your allocated region. Liaise with Sales teams regarding issues or concerns surrounding the successful selling of maintenance to their accounts. Skills Requirements Sales experience selling products/services in the application, tools, middleware or database technology is desired. A bi/multi-lingual Graduate with fluency in English and French (preferably a French native). Ability and desire to sell(consistent qualification, probing and closing). Strong telephone communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate business and technical concepts. Effective organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
