Maintenance Tech needed for multi-family site (Midtown Detroit) Lead Maintenance Tech --Strong Lead or Maintenance Tech needed, for a multi-site community located in the Midtown Detroit area. Must be able to work independently, must have HVAC experience and boiler experience; it is essential that you have experience in unit turns, small appliance repair, plumbing and light electrical.
