Maintenance person required full time hours. Good ‘all rounder’ in carpentry, decorating, plumbing, knowledge of health and safety legislation, fire prevention, and basic electrics required. The person will be expected to call other trades in, and source quotes if it is beyond their capabilities/scope to perform a particular job. The job will involve working at two very different businesses, based in Bognor Regis but the successful applicant will also be willing to travel to other sites in the UK, from time to time. Must have a current driving licence. Various duties including regular checks of water temperatures, emergency systems, fire prevention etc and documentation of same, as well as practical skills are part of the role. Enhanced CRB will be required. Pay to be negotiated. Must be flexible in terms of hours and days, and work co operatively with both businesses which have different needs and requirements,.
