Majority votes in parliament must be changed. Mr. Peter K Aubyn of the school of Biological sciences of the University of Cape Coast has indicated that it was wrong for the government to think that it could solely take decision on behalf of the state without necessarily consulting with other stakeholders. According to him if any government wanted to succeed it needed to make use of its manpower resources.
