Make Sure to watch the entire video it gets best at the end.. I tried to do the squat progression from the song Flower by Moby. This thing kicked my but.. I started with 185 lbs and found it was way to heavy, I have not used pause squats in a while so have to get used to it once again and will now add these to my pre exhaust squat progression... after I was smoked I tried 135 lbs probably lasted about the same amount of time......... Identifying this weakness I and when I was done messing around with that challenge of completing the song .. I went on a 5x5 pause squat progression. 5 reps pausing 5 seconds on the bottom.. Starting weight from 225, 275, 295, finishing with 315. Try this on your next squat day and let me know how it was..
