Make plans to bring the whole family to LETRA Fall Fest on Saturday, Oct. 18 for a day of fun. The day is packed full of a wide variety of events to please every member of the family. 5K Zombie Obstacle Course Trail Run Think a 5K trail run is not hard enough? Try it when you have 10 obstacles to overcome along with the living dead trying to infect you. Muster up the courage and reach the “safe zone” without being infected. Costumes are encouraged for this fun run! The event, open to the public, is from 9 -11:30 a.m. at the LETRA campground. Pre-registration cost is $25 per person. Register online at https://signmeup/103406. The day of registration starts at 8 a.m. in the lodge and cost increases by $5. Zombie Movie Marathon LETRA will show zombie movies throughout the evening in the lodge. Grab a chair, some popcorn and enjoy the fright fest! The movies start at 5 p.m. and run through 10 p.m. at the LETRA Lodge. Zombie Paintball Hunt Do you think you have what it takes to survive a zombie apocalypse? Put that skill to the test in our first annual Zombie Hunt from 7-10 p.m. at the LETRA campground. Beware! These zombies will also be hunting you. Survive through the night and you just might have a chance to walk away alive. Don’t have equipment but still want to play? We have rental equipment. The event is open to the public and cost is $30 per person. Register the day of the event at the LETRA Administration Office. 2nd Annual Pumpkin Patch Bring the family and enjoy all the free activities at the 2nd Annual Pumpkin Patch from noon to 4 p.m. at LETRA. Pick up a free pumpkin for each family, conquer the climbing wall, try your aim at the water balloon launch station and paintball target shoot, see if pumpkins fly with the pumpkin chucker, and a whole lot more. Grab bags, concessions, and drinks will be available for purchase.
