Working the bum and the inner thigh today with some adductor moves! Left: Standard Adductor Squat- Keep your knees together (kind of like youre holding a balloon and trying to get it to POP!) Go down into a squat and come back up. Middle: Moving Adductor Squat with weight- Youre going to stay down in your squat position, and move 2 steps to the left, followed by 2 steps to the right whilst holding weights. Right: BEAST!- Static Adductor Squat with Weighted Oblique Twist- the name says it all, but I will add: DRAW IN YOUR NAVEL TOWARDS YOUR SPINE TO PROTECT YOUR BACK!
