Make up your own mind. I was in 2 attempted car hijackings in SA. The first one I reported and was told that to have fingerprints taken on my car would cost me R20,000 or they would not do it. The 2nd at a traffic light, there was a policeman standing watching everything and did nothing. I was attacked in broad daylight at cash machines 3 times and in a armed robbery, no statements taken by police. This is why only 1 in 20 crimes are reported. The corruption and lies in government and police there is very bad and everything is done for the blacks and they get away with lies and crimes. The country has gone to the dogs and getting a lot worse. I pray for all those living there.
