Make your PC Faster by ensuring you have no Stuck Programs running such as Inepub in your C: folder. To find this, type Windows E. This will bring up your computers contents. Enter on the C: (OS) drive and look for a folder called Inetpub. If this file exists, first check to see if Internet Information Services is running under Windows Features by typing Windows Features in the Search Box. If this item is unchecked, then you need to download a program Called Unlock. That will essentially Unlock the programs that are stuck so you can stop that service that is taking over your computer called SysHost.exe. Most times this service is OK, but in the case where it is just causing your system to lag, you need to get rid of it. Unlock does this for you. Do a Google Search and download it from the Softpedia site which is where I get all my downloads as there is no spyware attached, or at least there are options to get rid of it in that program. And yes, when you do a MalewareBytes Scan, it will want to delete the EXE file it creates in there because there is Maleware in the program. However, if it is left Unchecked when you do an Advanced Setup (custom install), you will not be installing any toolbars. That is maleware, and you dont want ANY Toolbar information on your system slowing you down or tracking you. Be sure you install Unlock from the Softpedia site to ensure you have the option to uncheck the Toolbar. The program itself is NOT maleware, the EXE file has it in there, but there is an option to uncheck that so you dont put that harmful toolbar on your PC. Just be sure to uncheck it so you prevent Maleware from getting on your PC. You can uninstall the download shortcut from your Downloads folder if youd like so MalewareBytes doesnt suspect it after youve installed it properly. After you have Installed Unlock, type unlock in the Start Menu search bar and press enter as the Start Unlock feature appears at the top of the start menu. Then you want to look for Inetpub and open that folder. When you click unlock, it will ask you if you would like to stop a process called syshost.exe, and that is what you want to do, kill that process so it wont run again so you can get rid of the folder since it is bogging down your system. MalewareBytes does NOT detect the Inetpub folder since it thinks it is a good folder. You can delete this safely once youve stopped the host file program from running in Inetpub so the folder can be accessed. NOTE: You CANNOT get rid of Windows Mail folder as it is an Operating System /protected folder in Program Files. Unlocker will not unlock this folder for deletion, as this is being used by your Operating System.
