I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all our new students to this prestigious university and to the mighty school of liberal and performing arts The reason that has prompted this communication is to warn all our new students of impostors who are going around collecting money from new students, in the name of the mighty school of liberal and performing arts. That act is illegal, despicable and unwarranted. Moreover, they say that failure to pay this money will tantamount to one losing their place and course. This is against all that the school and university stand for. The school of liberal and performing arts has an office for the student leaders and its room number 67 at the faculty of arts. Any business of the student body leaders of the school is conducted there. Anyone who tells you to pay any amount so as to become a “member of the school” is a crook and should be reported immediately.
