Makerspace: a physical location where people gather to share resources and knowledge, work on projects, and network. This semester my architectural studio course began with an in depth analysis of these emerging spaces in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area and their corresponding Makers. Kayleen Lindstrom, Alyssa Johnston and I had the privilege of interviewing Bo Nelson, co-owner of Thou Mayest Coffee in the East Crossroads District and Maker. We were then charged with the task of compiling the information and producing deliverables one of which being a videography. As an architecture student this was my first attempt at video editing and I have to say I think I may of found a new hobby. Enjoy.
