Making a lifestyle change takes time. You dont need to quit all if your bad habits overnight. Baby steps: start by reducing your worst habit over a few weeks. For example, turn a daily 24oz soda into 12oz a day in the first week. In the second and third week break 12oz down to 6oz twice. The fourth week drink only one half of the 12oz. By the 5th week you should down to 6oz every other day. Week 6 is when you kick it to the curb. This may seem drawn out but remember, you are making a lifelong change.
