Making the spelt rolls from the EDC (which I have made many time and they have worked) but silly me bought rye by mistake & so used it instead .... The dough is so dense & wouldnt roll .... I have attempted some kind of shape & popped it into the oven so keen to see how it turns out .... Anyone else had success with rye flour or is it just me!? Any links to rye flour bread are welcome .... because I have a lot of the flour to use up! 😉
