“Maku has been going round insulting and accusing leaders in the north. There is no section or community in the north he has not insulted. He did that to traditional rulers, former head of state and Northern statesmen – both in PDP and APC. He had gone round this country to say we never had a better president like Jonathan but he left his party. That’s hypocritical. It means all the niceties he has been saying about Jonathan are far from his personal or political conviction. I say this because if he truly believes Jonathan is the best president, he shouldn’t have left the PDP to another party.”
