Malabar Pied Hornbill (Anthracoceros coronatus) Seen in MH Pench (Sillari) on Sunday, 9th March 2014 The Malabar Pied Hornbill also known as lesser Pied Hornbill, is a hornbill i.e. 92cm is very similar to Oriental pied hornbill or Indian pied hornbill. Occasionally collecting in to several dozen birds on favorite fruiting trees. They are 23 in numbers which is very amazing sighting on very famous WAD tree on ambakhori road in the park with red fruits on the tree. Several calls also heard by us from behind the tree in the location. We thought many more are there but we can count up to 23 with the limitation rules of the parl (Vehicle is Wagon R).
