Malcolm Murray has today broken his silence and slammed the current Board saying they are neither culturally or corporately equipped for the challenge at Gers. This is a guy who was Chairman of the Club during a period where he was party to all decisions that led to us blowing £67m in 18 months. This is a guy who stood in front of our fans and said that or club should be selling 1 million kits per season and bringing in £35m revenue from kit sales. This is a guy who sat, nodded in agreement, and refused to correct his pal Scott Murdoch who claimed he had read the accounts and that the Rangers Board, whom Malcolm was a part of, took £10m in remuneration over 13 months. Yet again, the media are guilty of this one sided onslaught, fed by lies.
