Pour the tomato mixture on the shells taking care to coat each shell. Top with the Mozzarella Cheese. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake 350 for 35 minutes; remove foil and bake another 10 min or until pasta is soft and cheese is melted. OR, prepare in crock pot. Top with cheese the last 30 minutes of cooking. If you want to cook this today, skip the Ziploc Freezer Bags and use a bowl to mix the tomato sauce.
