MamaQ Good day! I am a single mom of 4 and am looking for some advice if anyone would care to share....all my children especially my 13 year old daughter have trouble sleeping. .Both getting to sleep and staying asleep. I too have suffered a life of sleeplessness. I have tried a variety of things to help but to no avail. My daughter is spending hours trying to get to sleep and when she does she awakes shortly after. She is healthy has not experienced any childhood trauma etc. She is happy and very active. If anyone has any ideas we would be grateful. ....thank you for your time
