MamaQ: (increase supply) could you please post for me? I recently went back to work then came down with bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection and was put on antibiotics. my milk supply went wayyy down and therefore I had to supplement with some formula. this broke my heart into pieces considering I was so proud of how well myself and my daughter were doing with breastfeeding. What can I do to bring my supply back up? Im willing to do whatever it takes. I dont even feel full ever anymore or have enough to pump out. my heart is breaking over this. I feel like Im failing my daughter when I feed her and she is so unhappy because shes not getting enough. I dont want to lose that breastfeeding bond we have. please help me. tia! ~SS
