Man, I thought I was so smart. Husband died in Dec 1929. In the 1940 census, it shows his wife still living at the same address that was listed as husbands residence on his death certificate. Property tax records show the house was built in 1920 and is still standing today. Hadnt been able to find her in the 1930 census so I find the corresponding ED for that address and comb through to find that house, 825 Columbia. Only to find that its not there. The numbers skip right over it. No indication of a vacant house. Nobody else living there. It just goes from 821 to 829. Big, sad frowny face. Back to the drawing board.
