Man Tammy-Girl, I just saw that post today and I saw this picture on here ealier this week, didnt connect it to Carlyle cause I didnt read the caption. But that right there is the type of behavior that has our town growing at a snails pace. The mayor and board cant do anything about it because it is a State ruling, but regardless, we dont do that to people. Grant it, if it was the home of a convicted rapist, pedophil, or a reapeated offender, then to raise a stink would have some gumption. Be this will be a home for the mentally unabled, I say unabled, because they dont have it like most people. If this mean we will have to police our own a little more to make sure the dynamics of our neighborhoods stay in tac, then so be it. The first thing this person should do is drop to their knees and beg the lord for forgiveness for being so hateful and petty to have even thought to put a sign up like that. Then secondly, make peace with it, because like it or not, the deal is done. Bake some cookies and welcome in the newbies. We have to be better and do better by each other or the devils rapture will speed up and consume us quicker then we are ready for. Thanks for bringing this to my attention Tammy Sherman Ratajczyk. This is sad and embarrassing for our town. This type of behavior needs to stop.
