Man arrested for pointing a firearm at a bus driver: A 19 year old Erskine Park male was arrested on Friday 14th June 2013 and charged with two assaults and posses unauthorised firearm. Police allege that about 10.10pm on Friday 14 June 2013, the 19 year old male was a front seat passenger of a silver BMW when it pulled up next to a van with passengers that had both intellectual and physical challenges. There was an allegedly a verbal exchange between the 19 year old man and the driver of van before the 19 year old produce a replica firearm and pointed it at the driver of the van. Police were called and the man was arrested. He has been bailed to appear at Penrith Local Court on 27 June 2013.
