Man crushed by train in Budgam,rail service suspended after protests Budgam: An allegedly mentally disable middle aged man was run over by a train in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday. The victim Muhammad Ramzan son of Abdul Salam resident of Galwanpora Safdan is said to have left home for a walk. His badly mangled body was found on the railway track near Safdan Budgam. Police after completing all the formalities handed over the body to the family.
