Man setting through these youth rec league coaches meetings and talking to people makes me sick. Too many coaches take youth sports WAY too serious. I see it every year in every sport. I see too many coaches worrying about wins and losses instead of what matters at this level which is teaching the kids how to play the game safely and to teach them the game period. Does winning a youth football game really mean that much? Just a random thought.
