Managers press conference: LvG on injury list: We have four players injured now – and that is good! Im very happy because there are no injuries from the internationals. On West Brom: West Brom are difficult to beat, especially at their home, but we have to start with a victory after the international break. I have confidence in my players and thats important, but its more important they have confidence in the manager and staff. LvG on improvement: We could have done better because I dont think were balanced yet. The players understand the philosophy but they must perform. Im looking for balance, not just spectacular attacking football. We are moving forward in training sessions though and evaluating those sessions. I hope that we shall improve.
