Mani Shankar the obnoxious Aiyar opines that appointing an Army Chief, the Govt must administer to him an IQ test and if he happens to pass it, he should NOT be appointed!! More than this obnoxious bumsucking former babus personal viewpoint, it actually represents the mindset of the entire goddamned insidious babudom that has constantly conspired to ensure that the Armed Forces are always kept under their thumb and their control over governance of the country and perpetuation of their relevance is ensured.... AND somehwere along the way i think the encouragement and tacit approval for this emanated from Nehru....
