Manmohan Singh address UN assembly, says Pakistan is the epicentre of terrorism Washington 28/Sep: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh emphasised on the growing terrorist machinery on Pakistani soil while addressing the United Nations General assembly on Saturday evening. In the backdrop of the recent terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, Manmohan Singh said, "Terrorist machinery on Pakistani soil must be shut down." PM added, "India is committed to resolve all issues with Pakistan, including Kashmir, through dialogue on basis of Simla Agreement."
