Mannnnn... I was put to the test today.... So I had to come in at 11:00, lunch is at 12:15. The menu was Roasted Turkey, Liver & Onions, Veggie Blend, Mash Potatoes, & some Dumpling mess lol. The Turkey was in the oven, not done. Potatoes were boiling, not done. Liver had not been touched, raw. Dumpling mess, done.... So you mean to tell me I gotta have all this out by 12:15 & the Liver has to be tender enough for the residents to chew... WHEW.... JOB WELL DONE!!!
