Mans desire for governing others is derived from his own failure to regulate his own internal inadequacies and fears. You will never gain a perfect system from an imperfect source. The perfection of man cannot and will not result from mans acceptance of a particular external set of rules. Only through a dedicated effort in deep and prolonged meditation can he realize truth within himself, become enlightened, and then be in a position to discuss ideas for a utopian society because he himself has become a utopia.
