Manufacturing Engineer needed for global growing organization in Conroe, TX. Company will consider relocation package but will not provide sponsorship. Main Duties: *Design and oversee installation as well as the start-up and de-bugging of new equipment for the production process. *Work individually and in cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, safety, productivity, efficiency, consistency, and cost. *Design and make detailed drawings of parts, fixtures, tooling, gauging, etc. *Support production and maintenance as needed on daily processing equipment adjustments, breakdowns, start-ups, tool changes, etc. *Write and install machine control programs (PLC and HMI) Qualifications: *Working knowledge of PLC controller operation and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.)*HMI operator interface, operation and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Red Lion, etc.). *Proven CAD experience in Auto Cad, Inventor, Pro E, Solid Works or similar. *BS Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent experience in a Production Engineering environment with five plus years experience. *Ability to travel if required to support equipment building and launch. 2-3 years experience required.
