Many Christians seem oblivious to the spiritual power and authority of the true message of God. Most believe a person is simply moved to speak out what they sense is the ‘word of the Lord’ and it is just part of a service, a demonstration of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, or the word from the Lord that brings edification, encouragement or consolation, which of course it does. But it does not stop there. Lucifer’s strategy, through a religious system, is to bottle up, confine and limit the Church’s understanding or usage of the Word of God, thereby limiting its ability to expose and break demonic activity wherever it is happening and in whatever manner it is working. The ministry of releasing God’s Word, whether by preaching, teaching, singing or prophesying, is using God’s ‘power tool’ which is incredibly constructive towards God’s people and destructive towards the work of Lucifer. God’s Word is spirit and life (John 6:63). His Word is light (Jn 1:4) When, by faith, we speak out God’s living Word (living in us), it goes out into the unseen realms of the darkness and releases an explosion of His life and light. His Word then begins to bring to the surface and expose the works of Lucifer in a person or region and continues to work until it brings everything into order with itself. “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” (Isa 55:11)
