Many *Unbelieving* Disciples do not Abide in Him, but Turn Away from Following Him John 6:60 Therefore many of His [unbelieving] disciples, when they heard this [John 6:28-59], said, “This is a hard saying; who can understand it?” 61 When Jesus knew in Himself that His [unbelieving] disciples complained about this, He said to them [unbelievers], “Does this offend you [unbelievers]? 62 What then if you [unbelievers] should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before? 63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.
