Many Vodafone customers are receiving a response to their emails on Out of Bundle price increases which are along the lines of we will not respond to further emails, or we consider this matter closed. This effectively means that you can take a case to the Ombudsman, as it show there is no opportunity to reach an agreement with Vodafone within 8 weeks of your first email. I will put a case together.
