Many of my friends that dont live in Utah... May not know that today was Pioneer Day. The history of the persecution of the LDS church... And what our early members went through was incredible. The trek they made to the Salt Lake Valley wasnt an easy one. Many lives were lost. I honor those pioneers and my ancestors and have so much personal gratitude towards them and the sacrifices they made. I may have not been in Utah today celebrating with everyone... But I definitely had on my mind those that sacrificed. My ancestors were a part of that. I am very proud of my heritage.
