Many of my #infertility patients are over 36 years old. And each - TopicsExpress

Many of my #infertility patients are over 36 years old. And each day I see patients willing to be mothers after 40s. Should they give up? Should they be scared of the risks? With all the time it took for me to finish my medical degree + 5 years specialization on #TCM and #acupuncture when it came to the time to be pregnant it only happened after I struggled myself with infertility and got naturally pregnant at 36 years old and than at 38/39 years old when my second son was born. Older women should be more careful during pregnancy and preparing for it but the risks are acceptable and worth to try. I do not feel pressured by not having babies when I was younger. All the knowledge I got aging it is on good use of my children now. So here is an interesting interview between a MD and an older mother. So if you re over 40s and feeling to give up your dream of having a baby, dont do it. Try what you can, I had chance to help many of these women to become fertile and they re the happiest and grateful pregnant women you will meet, and wonderful mothers. parentdish.ca/2014/12/29/older-mom-no-shame/#!slide=2789717
